Great food!

I was looking forward to the experience since it is well reputed but i must say it was very disappointing. Firstly, the arab waiter who was taking our order was all over the place with no knowledge about the menu and he left without taking our complete order, and the bread and fries when served were cold. The portions as per the price were too small. We were served with exactly 2 walnuts and 2 olives .. we ordered 2 platters but was served only 1 salad. I just would not recommend anybody to visit this place, it's over priced and over hyped. Completely waste of money and time.

Really Disappointed .....food was not that good customer service not that great ...if you don't know about Arabic food nobody is there to serve the food properly. The bread was served much before with salad and then after 15 min the kebab came.....

I hope that there is an option to give zero or negative score.. I ordered main dish steak with rice. The steak was burnt.. The dish serving was bad.. The portion is to small compared with the price... The side dish was lentils soup.. The worst soup i ate ever.. It was not hot and the bread same served not hot...ordered yoghurt also82 dirhams paid for one person meal.. With the same money u can buy family meal from any other resturant. Not recommended

One of the worst restaurant I have ever visited. Their arabic manager does not know how to talk with their customers. First time I was getting the arabic mix grill with dry bread without hammous and garlic paste or sauce. When checked Manager expect you to order these separately inspite the small grill costing aed 66. Water costing you 10 times more than the market price. Definitely no value for money. I felt like someone was robbing me in broad daylight. This hotel is there to just loot the customer. Poor service. I don't recommend this restaurant to any body if they want value service for their hard earned cash.

best Iranian kebabs and grilled fish

most of the items in the menu were not available even on Friday and the price in the menu is different from online.

Been many times before and took myDad for lamb chops and biryani.First time was good every time after that was horrible. Went twice in the past week and there is no biryani although it says there is in menu, rice always changes even though we order the same thing and bread wasn’t even hot and was obvious it was already cooked and heated up again.Fattoush salad was old, lettuce leaves were brown and there was barely any pomegranate sauce on it.Today was the last time we will be eating there and I’ll be telling all my friends not to go there again.

Didn’t like it at all , the food was expensive compared to the taste and the service.. The restaurant is totally not suitable for children. They don’t have kids drink and the soft drink is 14 AED. I don’t recommend this place

@sahara centre branch, extremely dis-courteous staff with 3 dishes burnt out of 4. Hopelessly served with no service sense and manners. Hatam at Sahara A Big NO!!

Would not recommend to anyone.Grills were dry and reheated.No soup served along with the foodMix grill platter Aed 183.50Water Aed 10.50Total Aed 200No Iranian bread...served Lebanese pita bread.No dips..Only rocca leaves and feta cheese3 small portions of mix flavoured riceStaff not very cordial.Overall a disappointing experience. Such restaurants should not be open if they can't give the real deal.😡🤬😡🤬

This is the first time we try Hatam at Sahara Mall, and honestly i wasn't impressed with the food as they told me, the place has its own corner at the food court, and looks nice from outside, however the food isn't delicious as it looks in the menu. we have ordered a mix grill plate for 3 person, it comes with a mix rice plate. the rice ok, however the grill wasn't so good. their service is below average and they are over priced comparing to similar places.
